An Incorporation document, is a legal document usually issued by a commercial registry or any other government authority in a country. This document allows an organisation to conduct commercial activities in that country.
AFRINIC will request for a certificate of incorporation in order to verify that the applicant organisation is legally registered in the AFRINIC region of service.
